Melina has updated fans once again via Twitter regarding her injury status and therapy sessions:

I’m doing great!!! Therapy went well today. I’m so excited! I jogged today!!! It’s a huge deal for me and my knee didn’t hurt at all!!! I’m on my way Tweethearts!! It’s on!!! Melina posted the following on her Twitter account yesterday:

I truly don’t know when I will be back. One step at a time. I just want to focus on better mobility in my knee and building strength. Next is running. Hopefully I can hit my mark for getting cleared but if I don’t, then I just have to keep working at it. We shall see when I got to FCW in a few weeks.

As much as we all miss her, I think it is in Melina’s best interest that her return isn’t rushed, she recovers 100% and is fully cleared she makes her return.

Well, when do they not?! Recently there have been rumors that Melina was going to be in a movie role of some sort. But according to Shirlz from Melina Unlimited, it looks like this won’t be happening! *sad face*

We broke the news this past weekend that Melina has been listed to appear in a movie called Serial Buddies alongside past RAW guest host, Maria Menounos. Well with thanks to Robbie Gaga on Twitter, Melina gave us word that she was supposed to be in the movie, but like other projects from other Divas, was rejected by WWE. This is a real shame because I would have loved to have seen Melina in a role out of WWE, but I’m guessing the Stacy Keibler Syndrome is kicking in again.

This is such a shame, as I personally would have LOVED to see our girl on the big screen!

In a little mini update on Melina’s torn ACL injury, which has knocked her out of action since January, Melina recently tweeted about her physical therapy and injury status, also estimating the time she’ll be back. It appears that she’ll be out longer than we thought. Read below.

 My physical therapy is going well. I’m not sure how much longer I will be out. Trainers think I should take 3-4 more months to fully heal but the doctor said late June/July. We shall see. I have no idea but I will keep you posted!

As always, we wish Melina luck on her injury, and hope that she can recover as well and fast as she can. Let’s hope it won’t be too long until we see our lovely Diva back on our screens again!
